Current CTC : 5.7LPA
I have offer from Marsh : 14.LPA fixed + 10% variable
BOA is offering 13.5 LPA Fixed+ 1.5 JB
However, BOA is giving DOJ as 7 Novemeber.

Hello, I have an offer from Publicis Sapient for their product management internship program. Wondering if anyone has any insight into the program (exits, etc) and how the return offer looks like in terms of salary. I still also hold an interest in data science so might go with another offer but I’m not sure if it is a wise choice to let go of a PM offer while I have it.

You’re much better being at BCG if you want to go into consulting long run and get an MBA. That’s what I’m working towards and I’m also on Knowledge team. I have a friend at Deloitte Audit who is trying to get into BCG CFO Excellence and they were rejected — the skills you learn in big four auditing really narrow your career opportunities to just audit/accounting while starting in consulting develops your strategic thinking

Why would they say a dead end position? If you are qualified to be a consultant then you can be one. There are so many professionals making a switch into a different field. Like healthcare to consulting, Sales to tech.
It is basically doing an associate role for much less pay. It is possible to move to CT but not for a few years - won’t even entertain the conversation. You’d be better off doing Expert consulting track if you can
