So in a fix - getting transferred from USI to US consulting and expecting an offer from Amazon for a Program Manager role. Can’t figure out what’s the right move now. Key driver for transfer was so that I can stay in US after H1B expires, GC processing etc. Amazon’s WLB is probably more screwed up with Deloitte(or so I have heard), likely will have better pay, no more consulting.. but feels guilty that I might quit after the leadership support for my transfer. How do I handle this.

FL peoples: I signed a lease for a new place to start May 1 as my current landlord sold the unit I'm in. Turns out, the buyer wants to keep renting the unit and asked if I want to stay. When I tried inquiring apparently they (USI) hadn’t heard back from the US teams if my assets were submitted (which I shipped and were received). Any help? Who should I reach out to? Thanks!
