So my Parents are moving here with me soon from my home country. They are 63 & 65 years old & will be dependent on me. I'll be sponsoring them for PR. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to find decently priced health insurance for them? I already checked with PwC I can't add them to my insurance even though they are dependent on me.

Received my first prenatal massage at 19 weeks today and the therapist was trained and did a bit of myofascial stretching techniques. Never touched my stomach. Just lower back, arms, legs and feet. I have had cramps in my abdominal area since a few hours after the massage. Not sure if it’s cramps or stretching pains. Drinking a ton of water to flush out toxins, but is this pain normal?

6’0 and weighed in at 220lbs today. All time high and have gained 20lbs since gyms closed in March. When I did workout it was more or less 100% compound lifts.
