I’d rather chug a gallon of zit juice than hitch my wagon to those clowns.
Creative Circle is complete garbage.
They are the devil
All staffing agencies suck.
Creative Circle, not even once
Gotta make that $margin...
Did the same thing to me. They paid me half the rate the client told me they’re paying. Makes it hard to ever take a job with them again...
They are the worst
I’m done with their mass emails. I get email on AE positions and I’m an AD, I also get emails for PM openings. Fuck CC.
Creative circle is only doing what is standard for that industry. I’ve never worked for one that didn’t take a huge chunk of the pie, and screw you if they could. The one year non-compete is a killer, even if you work for a completely different department/job description even through your own contacts. They’re good if you’re patient enough to build your contact list. Work directly with the ad agencies as soon as you can though. If I’m wrong, please list the good agencies.
What do they get out of lowballing you? They keep the difference?
Work with in-house recruiters whenever possible. F giving those shitbags 40% of your rate just for making a phone call and screwing up your time sheets.
Start running - and fast, the offer nothing and clients hate them too.
they did the SAME to me 🤬
I’ve never heard anything good about them.
@IP1 yes
Well shit! Was just about to start working with a rep there. So best to avoid them and find in-house recruiters instead?
The client lead budgeted for markup not your direct rate
