Hi,
My last working day was 11th Nov and I submitted my asset to TCS location and got the Initial release letter as well. Later on 17th or 18th of Nov, I got a message from TCS that they have sent the Packing material through Vendor, please accept it.
I didn't accept the material and cancelled it when the delivery boy came to my location.
So, is it going to create any problem in getting reliving letter? Share your thought please

Capgemini I gave Capgemini and got selected. HR discussion happened and we decided on 10.5 LPA. Offer came of 9 lpa. Called HR to revise offer as per our discussion, sent counter offer as well. HR has been delaying since last 2 weeks saying it’s still in approval. She is still not saying that business isn’t approving. Should I consider my offer to be gone?

@VP1 at least people within this program have real, differentiated skills to justify their salaries. Any competent person can be a banker.
VP1, well it is discouraging to see even people in VP level do less then a analyst and Paid almost twice as much!

No This year they changed the program name from Technology Analyst Program to Software Engineering Program whixh all or BO.

Wouldn’t hold my breath. You’ll get COL adjustments but nothing major unless you get promoted. Identify opportunities of advancing or start looking for a new role, unfortunately hoping around is the best way to get significant wage increases.

To clarify, is this for IBD/S&T or just software engineering gigs?
Front office used to be 85k base, 10k signing, 10k stub at JPM for sales and trading, with banking on the summer bonus cycle.
