How much yearly hike can one expect at Société Générale ?
"Depends on performance" seems to be a very vague answer.
Can someone please elaborate on a better answer.
Also, Can someone shed some light on promotions?
Is there any policy, like you have to work for X years to be eligible for promotion etc.
Thanks in advance.

Top consulting firms right there!!

Looking for some book recommendations :)
Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.
https://ergochair.co/collections/chairs/products/ergonomics-mesh-chair-w-adjustable-headrest-and-armrest?variant=32511617597491
My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

It's insane that a good performing team member can get put on a PIP because he or she just didn't get staffed right away.
Utilization is often not completely under your control. The firm should try to understand the reasons for low utilization if performance reviews are good and provide support like offering opportunities in another area
In my opinion, utilization in Ey is king. Nothing else matters. If utilization is low, you get put on a PIP and out you go...
Also utilization in may and June does. It count...
**does not
Just like any other big4, utilization is your biggest metric when it comes to year end. The others, while important, are supplementary. Depending on how bad your utilization, you should look to focus on this next year. Also, it should be one of your goals to reach utilization reqs for your level.
June never counts at all at EY. Party your hearts out!
No one knows yet year end outcomes are. Coming in 2 weeks
Counselors hear earlier, even atarting this week.
What?
E2 Just reading posts from 🐠 from other firms being fired over low utilization...it's making me paranoid and wondering how common that is at EY. Got good reviews but my utilization wasn't the best this year.
Assuming you are one, EY wont fire staff 1s right away due to low util, technically not your fault. You end up being on PIP and they let u know youre on PIP. If you dont get ur shit together by then you deserve to be separated.
Utilization counts up until to when final ratings are calibrated which varies by practice. May often counts.
Ha, June counts just as much as any other month maybe more, we are doing everything to make our #'s by end of FY. If we see you slacking off on utilization you will be staffed on the next shit engagement burning 80 hrs a week in India during summer. Bright side you still may get that $2500 year end bonus for the 4 ranking
EY8, no. Do less.
Yes. And they pick out specific timelinr, not the full year so they can get you and play unfairly.... really dirty business
This was answer to EY
