So, Trump is giving corporations a 20% tax break and is taking away the tax benefit of contributing to your 401k. So he effectively took our money and gave it to corporations. Take that middle class.

Are you talking about the fact the money you put towards your 401k isn't getting taxed with income tax? That might start a mini civil war

like

People keep saying calm down, that's how you remain calm before you know it it's been signed into law. And then y'all are going to say well it's not the end of the world so it's still okay. Please let us know when we should start being concerned ...😒🙄

like

Dear Analyst, no one is freaking out or stressing out. My point is staying calm is the equivalent of doing nothing. If you aren't concerned about something then there's no need to take action. So no I'm not freakin out neither am I asking others to. However, it is crucial to know should we be concerned and if so what do we, how do we go about conveying that concern to impact change or halting the bill. I don't want to be so calm that I don't even know when the damn thing gets signed or implemented. Will we win every battle? No, but it doesn't mean we shouldn't be aware of what's going on and it's impact. That being said since you are so calm you still haven't helped explain to us what the details are.

Is the 401k thing for sure sure?

Way to be inflammatory about something that hasn't happened yet. Still, probably worth letting your Representatives and Senators know to keep their mitts off the retirement accounts.

like

So... if this goes into effect.. our 401ks are pretty much useless and we should put our $$ elsewhere?

Wait what? I need to catch up on news.

So does this mean when I retire my 401k will be taxed?

Well considering nothing coming from the wh has actually happened I doubt it. It's just his new reality show.

What does stressing out do? Nothing. Go and actually DO something to enact change. Contact your local representatives. Read thru EVERYTHING that's actually going on before freaking out. If you don't have all the facts then there is no reason to freak out. It hasn't even been implemented so far. So go DO something about it and CALM THE FRICK DOWN.

Analyst, I actually get it. But I'm starting to feel aggravated by FRICK. I think I can handle "fuck"... But frick is starting to be really annoying.

Any thoughts? Prefer my marriage over prestige
