Want to move to Product Management, can someone help with the transition and resources required for the same?

Thinking about transitioning from advertising (10 years as a copywriter) into public relations. Has anyone in this bowl done that? What types of roles should I be looking for?

I accepted an offer last month. Put In my two weeks on Friday and PwC countered / beat my new offer. I still plan to take the new role, but would like the new company to match. However, I don’t want to risk anything with the new company. Or come off as a difficult new team member before I start. Thoughts?

Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD. I understand that in most cases folks with <2 YOE will join with the same title as UG campus hires. How many YOE (or months of experience) will qualify you for a higher pay band (compared to campus hires)?

I have an offer in hand from a startup for 90 LPA + 1Cr worth of ESOPs.
