Sometimes life is just too hectic. Things have been so busy trying to wrap up all of my therapy for the year and I get rear ended on my way home from work. Thankfully I'm not hurt or anything but I feel like I just need a break, ya know?

I went to the lease this last weekend. Not one drop of alcohol was had. That was the closest I’ve come to caving. 4 wheelers, killing dinner with big guns, doing manly things in God’s country. Beer is an absolute necessity during these events. Anyhow, I didn’t drink. Proud of myself. Monumental moment for me.

I have 8 years of experience, working as UI developer (Angular)
Have 3 offers from Mindtree, Cognizant and Harman Connected services (7.5% variable). Mindtree is offering less as compared to other two.
Please suggest where should I join which would have better learning and work life balance as well

What does bench life look like for you?
For me a typical day looks like this
9 am- sign in and check emails
930-11 : look for a new job
11-2 lunch and nap
2-3 : sometimes meetings, mostly begging people for billable work
3-4:30 - proposal work if I have it or more job hunting
5-9pm family time and dinner
10-3am - netflix, videogames, cry myself to sleep
