Is there a potential hiring freeze at DoorDash?
Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

My fiancé got approached for a Sales Executive Role at Instacart. Anyone have any insight into the company, job security, culture etc? They mentioned 100k base, 40-60% variable comp and an undisclosed equity grant. She’s already making 130k in a very secure job, so we are thinking no, but want to do our homework first.
TSYS or Sopra banking ?

So you're an intern and have 1 offer (Deloitte) on the table?
Had a lot of friends wonder this as well during bschool. In the long run, how much is that extra 15-30k+month of extra relaxation in school worth to you (forgot the exploding amount) vs a chance at the name and exit ops of MBB? I personally would go for it but it's a tough choice. Do feel good that you are in such a great position though, whatever you end up choosing or ends up happening, your "worst case scenario" is already really really amazing
@McK agreed and that's where I'm leaning. Had a great summer with Deloitte and would fit in very well there but also really liked mck during first year recruiting. One of my classmates mentioned that it'd be awful to look back and think 'what if'.
It's not, but they try to make it sound like it is. There were hardly any projects this year and near impossible to get staffed if you weren't GSAP. They also laid off so many people that would've gotten lower ratings that people who would've been ok got 4s and 5s (you need a 1, 2 or 3 for tuition). Counselor, HR, head of my school recruiting told me it's not my fault but that performance is just not under your control here.
Exploding bonus?
Sign your summer offer by X to get Y in addition to normal signing, location, etc
What's the better offer? What do you want to do?
Correct, interned and offered at Deloitte. Bonus is for signing before recruiting starts. The 'better' offer is hard to say, deloitte's is probably slighter more $ in the near term, but I don't want to do two years and out. I suppose I'm wondering if anyone else out there interned at Deloitte and went full time somewhere else, and whether there's an appreciable difference.
How was your internship?
Take the offer. No offer is better than Deloittes at this point (i.e. Others don't pay for business school )
Re-recruit. I went back to D after interning because of the tuition and exploding bonus but they're doing so badly I got screwed out of the tuition bonus. I regret not recruiting every day. Do it!
@D3 how'd you lose your tuition bonus? Thought that was pretty set in stone?
You mean exploding offer?
@EY nope exploding bonus. Offer stays on the table through the full-time recruiting season.
