Capgemini I joined sometime back at D1 level , I do technical work most of time like coding, dev, testing etc.
I have worked a lot in my 14 years and still have required skills needed for the work. I don't have energy to slog any further. Moreover I get anxiety when I see junior level people doing same work as me and earning more or same.
I feel cannot sit longer hrs due to back issues and other health issues and family commitments.
Can I change to management side without risking my job .

How is Mphasis in terms of job security?
My favorite book ever is The Alchemist. Personally, I find it inspiring and it helped me think about what I value most. It’s not exactly career oriented - I’d say it leans more towards “soul searching”, which you mentioned. 10/10 recommend
Outside of work, what do you do for fulfillment? Do you have a partner, close friends, hobbies? I personally view my job as means to an end (try my best not to work more than 50 hours a week), and only enjoy some aspects.
I agree, the job doesn’t have to satisfy all my needs all the time. However, I think I could definitely find something more satisfying. I’ve thought about getting a PhD and being a professor, or just jumping to an industry role, or buying a small business. I have a long list of potential options. But I am looking for a good framework to think through it all. I just know I need a change.
