VP at a bank then back to being an IC at MBB seems a demotion?
People that join us directly at manager level typically have 8+ YOE. Some countries have the junior associate role, which would probably be the best option for you

3 YOE no MBA?
You can aim for Associate/Consultant they may push you to Analyst tho

VP in a bank is not Consultant/Associate level either

Did you do anything before consulting? Wondering how you got Vp level with only 1 YOE
Chief
Wow congrats
Associate at best
Experienced BA at worst
If you crush it
Could be EM within 18 months

Prolly entry level / one level up from entry cause with all due respect, everyone is a VP at a bank..it’s like being an associate at a consulting firm

If I'm you, I'm staying right where I am. Depends on which VP you are obviously, but VP is an EM level exit. I don't see any benefit to join MBB unless you really enjoy consulting.

Banks hand out the VP title like candy. I would ask you what have done and can you probe that you have done it. But just based on YOE alone, you probably come in as a consultant at most.
