Hi all I'm interviewing for a role as a BDR in Dublin in cloud computing. I graduated in 2020 (bachelors) and have worked as a sales manager at a store. They offer € 33k/year and € 22k in commission with relocation fees etc.
It seems like a great company and I'm really interested. Is the salary good for Dublin? And for someone starting their career?

I was rejected for a strategy role at an advertising agency after 8 interviews because they felt I needed more agency experience. I have a governmental entity client in Texas that wants to offer 6 weeks of paid parental leave for all employees, even those who aren’t eligible for FMLA. After the paid 6 weeks, the employee can choose to continue paid leave using any accrued personal leave.

Texas does not have a paid parental leave statute.
