Any thoughts on BNP M&A in nyc
Hello everyone!
Can anyone please explain the promotion process followed here and specially at LCCI? If there's any minimum criteria like X no of years in a particular level, etc. followed while checking eligibility of an employee?
And also - what's the hike/increment range usually at the time of promotion?
Eli Lilly and Company.
Any leads would be highly helpful.

I worked with them as a client. It’s kind of a mixed bag. You get some great people and some assholes. Almost everyone I worked with was competent so that was a huge plus
Yikes D1. Case in point of the culture clash. There are no good and bad sides, this company is made up of individuals and now people from separate companies have to work together. The strengths of Sapient: interest in digital business transformation, technical expertise. Strengths of Razorfish: people centric culture with former leadership acclimated to publicis and knowledge on how to work with them for best outcome. From what I see the primary issue is that leadership keeps changing and it almost feels like lots of back tracking and lack of focus. At first it was all in digital business transformation and now it’s backtracking to including marketing (which leadership should have realized earlier on - they were bought by publicis). Experience will ultimately be highly dependent on your team.
Right now may not be the best time to come in, especially if you are the kinds who prefers clear direction and vision
I'll add to this. Some integration challenges as well, but things will likely level out/direction be defined within the next 6 months, so not a bad time.
I think once that is done, core culture and everything else will stabilize and thrive. But the integration has been rough on both sides. There's still a core tech/business/creative culture that is unique though.
In terms of competitors, we are up there with any major consulting company's digital offerings.. The difference is that we blended tech/business/creative far earlier than other competitors, so we're not as separated the way other consulting firms are (e.g. Other firms have digital studios that are pulled into consulting engagements etc).
@OP what's your background/industry? What office or area are you applying to?
Sapient side of the family is good , razor fish side .. just a bunch of bs-ers with mega ego and nothing to show for it .. depends on what team you will end up with based on role.
Ask about compensation by the way. There’s a public cap of 5% in leveling up
Any tips on what I should watch out for/ask? And who do you see as top competitors? Bottom line - recommend as a place to join and grow? All input welcome, TIA!
What role? I.e. PM, creative, technology, strategy, etc.
A bit TBD to be honest, but may be on talent/people side of things
Very helpful, thanks all!

Resurrecting this thread - P.S. (rebranded Sapient) has approached me and is about to make an offer. We spoke titles, and I’m unclear how a Senior Manager at Deloitte maps to Sapient. I think it’s higher than their SM but not sure what the Director level maps to. Would appreciate any insights.
D2 you should be a Sr Director at Sapient
