Hi all. I am trying to determine if I am being compensated fairly. I am a tax manager (about to start my second year as manager) and have been with EY since staff 1. I was promoted to manager in June 2020 (during covid) and received a 7.5% raise. The class above me has mentioned they received much higher raises during their promotion years. My base salary is now approx. 97K. Any insights would be extremely helpful. Thanks!

You're counselor should have told you already. If they didn't, you should ask. It probably just slipped their mind to confirm it if they already communicated to you that you're a 5. It might have been obvious to them because you got a 5, without remembering that you might not know that because you've only been around for 2 years.
*your...embarrassing.
If you are rated higher and its promotion yeah you can very safely assume you are getting promoted
Oh no complaints. And btw only 3.09% this year with a 4. And was told that was high on average. Must be a bad year.
So are you saying they've been finalized?
Yeah they've been finalized for over a month
Yeah it's been gone through
Last year I got promo with 10% pbb delivered at the same time if memory serves.
Got the promo btw...lol
