Started a new job mid-October and am struggling. Culture is rigid and disconnected, my manager is in another state. Only 2 coworkers in my city and no assigned desk, so we rarely sit together. Training is basically nonexistent—no procedures, delayed system access. I’m just watching others work with no way to practice, and my manager doesn’t seem to care about career growth or goals. I came from a social, career-path-focused team, so this has been rough. Any advice on how to survive this? Thanks!
