Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express

Just stayed at that Westin a few weeks ago. Beautiful hotel w/ good amenities and pretty good location depending on your itinerary. Definitely recommend
I prefer fisherman’s wharf. Can hit up north beach, the marina, fort mason, and the embarcadero so easily. I am from SF and visited recently. Stayed at Marriott VC and Hyatt Centric. Loved staying at both hotels.
Also union square def has more homeless and litter around.
Both are great spots for tourists. Union Square is definitely more uppity and has all the high end shopping & is located more centrally in SF. Fisherman's Wharf has a shit ton of yummy seafood restaurants, a nice view of the Bay & little tchotchke stores for souvenirs. The Wharf is nice to walk down & then hit the Embarcadero.
They were all sacrificed to the alter of blm.
Westin. More central location, easier to get around town.
Westin for sure!
Pro
Fisherman’s is dead at night. Union Sq isn’t much better but it’s closer to other neighborhoods
Westin. I avoid fisherman’s wharf though
westin union square is a far nicer hotel
