Apart from the pandemic year, how's hike and bonus in EY GDS in general?

I've heard that last year was rough but in general its good. Is that true?

I'm joining next month. Can i expect an annual hike of 10℅+ and bonus > 10℅ (which is target VP at my rank, 42) going forward?? Or is this unrealistic?

I know that it comes down to individual performance and other business factors. But still, could you all pls advise me so that i can know what to expect.

I made a couple errors at a new job. An important document to be distributed had wrong information on it, which was proofread by 2 other people. Then a couple of typos in emails, the person micromanaging me told me to send out but I didn’t fix the errors. Failed to meet a deadline but completed 95%. I need to take a leave of absence for mental health purposes. How do I bring this up with my boss? Or do I talk to HR directly? I took some time off this month due to burnout but I did not tell them that was the reason. I thought I'd be okay when I got back, but I'm not. I don't know if they will give me the leave of absence.
