I interviewed for Data Analyst role at EY, it went well and the job sounds great, but I'm a bit hesitant to leave PwC because I really like the firm and I'm just 8 months in my job as an associate at a subgroup of ITS that has some focus on technology and analytics but it's mostly tax compliance.
I do want to transition to data analytics but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to go to another big 4, or maybe just look for a position in industry.
Any advice or similar experience?

How much do you earn right now ?
D pays the new hires really well (considering that you are one of those who got better joining package since you have been around for 1.5yrs).
Some of the new hires get more/almost the same than what the experienced Consultants get.
I did have a doubt on that...But I went ahead anyway 😝😝

If the pay is good and you like the role, you should take up the BCG offer, levelling down from Consultant to Analyst should not bother much
I'm Not really sure about how this is a level down as I joined as a consultant in deloitte fresh from College.
That's a demotion I guess, from Consultant to Analyst.
Analyst is right hierarchy.
