Best ongoing publication for the space is “Supply Chain Management Review (a paid subscription but worth it for the frameworks and thought leadership)z Other good ones that will help you ramp up your knowledge include what C1 said, plus others below (many of which are free):

Digital Supply Chain... Demand and Supply Chain Executive.... Logistics Management ... DC Velocity... Inbound Logistics.

Additionally, the MBBs, Big 4, Accenture, A.T. Kearney and others generally publish some insightful white papers and studies

Skim through a variety of these and see which ones resonate most with you and what aspects you like to focus your learning on (e.g., Strategy, Network Design, Planning, Inventory, Logistics, Procurement, Outsourcing, etc.)

Cscmp and Apics magazine. Also, there are many podcasts on stitcher. You will learn a lot more with experience. If you have a academic bent, there are some good journals .

Supply chain is largely about the tools available to you, many of which are a decade or more old. Current is a relative term. I have seen what you would consider to be very good, well run companies still planning and executing using spreadsheets and telephones.

Supply Chain changes when it is forced to or, rarely, when the new way is much better.

Hello everyone! I am a Judicial Law Clerk, which I have been for a little over two years now. However, I’m planning on moving into the AML/Compliance realm. So, I've realised there's a problem with developers, a lot of them are coders, not engineers. And another issue, is that, companies don't really care about their progression as far as I'm aware, so what did you guys do in your own time to transition from being a coder to an engineer?

How do you all deal with the guilt of leaving a comany/ team? I have been working at Microsoft for 1 year now, and seriously considering moving. I find the code base to be very legacy and I mostly work on obscure bugs that I spend so much time on, mostly due to navigating this large code base and not having much docs to refer to. Hence I find the job slightly unsatisfying, and that I could learn more elsewhere. However, I love the wlb, the team and company culture. The guilt stops my applying.

How hard is everyone pushing their corporate clients to authorize nonresident assignees whose only 2020 US compensation was the value of their 2019 tax preparation?
My clients are pushing back on it this year, and I can't say I blame them. If I were in their shoes, I'd rather take the risk of not filing than the expense of filing again. From my own point of view, I don't really want to spend my time on such returns, either, even if the revenue and easy return are nice.
