Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.

In the US it’s called “employment at will” so they have no leg to stand on, unfortunately.
Now telling colleges to bar IBM from recruiting might have more of an impact.
I'll say one thing; after seeing how IBM fumbled things with CbD, I don't think I'd ever trust them enough to work for them. And the next time a recruiter contacts me about a position there, I'll say as much.
Ibm also just pushed back this fall’s start class to 2019... screwed a lot of college students who declined other interviews and offers. Unacceptable.
I said this in another IBM thread: literally every single person I’ve ever known to work at IBM in the past 15 years has been laid off within three years of starting. That’s 17 people I can think of offhand. It makes me unlikely to ever work there either.
CbD seems to be “Consulting by Degrees”. I had to Google it too. https://www-935.ibm.com/services/careers/consulting-by-degrees/
Wow. That can cause problems getting cooperation from career services functions at the schools they prioritize for recruiting.
Lol remind me to never apply to IBM
What is CBD?
How so?
Layoffs happened at every level...not just CBD.
So cbd...what happened
What happened pwc1?
What happened
IBM laid off a ton of new hires within a year to two of starting
