TCS does not care about their USA citizen workforce. TCS has been systematically removing US workers from engagements, replacing with offshore resources and subsequently laying off. This is on top of the 500-800 USA employees TCS laid off in 2023/2024 with no notice given. TCS is also in the news for L-1A Visa H1B fraud.

TCS claims pay hikes in 2022 were 10.5%, 2024 were 7-9%. For the USA this is not true, hikes were 1-2% for the majority of workers.

H1B stamping query: Anyone know what is the latest status on visa stamping in a 3rd country? eg I am from India but can I get my stamping in UK? This was stopped due to covid but can’t find any information on if the ban still stands
