The AE in my office was having what I consider a super mean conversation with one of his team members about a junior sales rep and how terrible he is at speaking. I don't understand how making mean comments about someone in the team helps anyone, in any way. They should either be trained or fired. And more importantly, shouldn't the workplace feel like a place you can learn? Does yours feel like an environment where you feel safe to fail?

So, some of my co-workers simply said that they want to go ahead and start something or start looking elsewhere (career change) because they don't know how much it will last at the pace we are going in regards to case intake and pay out. Should I start panicking or simply start looking elsewhere? They even they even told me if I was looking elsewhere or planned on doing so also. I found it weird in a way.
