I had joined KPMG(KGS) on April 2022, during the interview i have been told that i would be working on Java Backend Development as my background belongs to same technology and my interview was also happened on Java/Spring/Microservices; but they put me on Low-Code / No code Platform and its totally tool based work. In-house. Consistent workload, higher pay, more granular, log off at 5 (generally).
Granular meaning everything is thought out to death — especially with performance metrics and audiences in mind. Far more detailed. And of course, with the perspective that you want the brand/company to grow and do well (especially because bonuses are tied to performance).

If your company gets big enough and just makes creative its own internal agency, you get the worst of both worlds 🙌 what even is a bonus?
