The company i work for eliminated all the finance jobs in the Tampa office and are currently moving them to Hyderabad. I have a decision to make, stay and riding out until the end to collect the severance pkg or start looking for a job now, as i am looking and see good opportunities out there but leaving earlier than separation date will cause me to lose my severance benefits, any thoughts?
