The fact that "investment into tech" is used as rationale for baby boomers selling out our firms to PE is stupid. In a business where you bill based on hours you'd think that tech would be a no brainer investment. It's like these shit companies who refuse to cut dividends and watch a hotshot new tech company who isn't afraid to reinvest eats them alive. Put me in charge. I'll take a flat draw for 5 years, pay debt down, and arm us with the best tech.

Generally curious how many companies offer phone reimbursement? My last gig did not but the current one does.
