Thinking of relocating to Boston area for January - single parent, 2 teens. Grew up there, so know the areas. Thinking south shore or Cape - any realtor recommendations or anyone have a house they'd rent? Must be pet friendly (she's old and hardly moves, happy to out down pet deposit), at least 3 BD 1 1/2 BA, Wi-Fi and working fireplace. Walking distance to ocean a plus but not required.
