They are not giving me the Job Description,

I got job opportunity as a Consultant in Hindustan UNILEVER, Mumbai Head Office, but payroll is another company.

Interview went good, with more than 40 minutes of discussion, but hadn't provided me the JOB DESCRIPTION, even I asked for it.

As per interview the work is of Excel, VBA Macro Automation, some Power BI too. Interviewer told I'll be working with CA and Finance team, but they hadn't asked difficult question.

Should I consider it?

I have an offer of CTC-22 (20fixed+ 2bonus)
My CCTC is 15.5(13.5fixed)

My NP is about to end.
I gave 10-15 company interviews and converted 4 offers. But could get max offer of 22. Though it's a great amount, I see many here who get 25-30lpa offer with same profile.

Plz tell if 22 is fair amount or below avg for 4+ yr exp in analytics domain.
Also plz share your work ex and company name if you got more with similar profile.

I've cleared the technical and managerial round in Citiustech. I will have my HR discussion tmrw. My current CTC is 12.75 LPA. I've asked for 17 LPA fixed during the initial stage of interview schedule. Will they offer as my expectation ?

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter.
