My resume got shortlisted for Operations Associate/Engineer-Amazon Managed Services role. I am an experienced AWS engineer with 5YOE.I feel like this role will be degrading in nature for me. Is it worth joining for this position. I would love to join Amazon based on my experience and skill set. But Not to some position which doesn't require AWS experience.

I work at Raymond James. You could not work at a better company. People are great and the Company treats you well and with respect.
Are you at the St. Pete site?

Don't know but nice office! My old employer used to sublet space from their HQ
I heard it is very cool. I’d be in the building where all of the executives site like the CEO and CFO etc so I can’t turn down the opportunity. I’ve only ever seen the front of the main entrance but I’m sure it’s a beautiful campus.
Born and raised here in St. Pete actually. That’s the only bad thing about working down here. A lot of older people, people closer to retirement. Not a lot of younger people to meet but great area. I’m pretty excited.

Do you have an old title? Seems odd that they would hire an analyst to a director level role.

Apologies for tapping into your post for my question, but I don't an option to post a new question for Raymond James as an outsider.
I am trying to figure out the annual profit sharing amount, but there seems to be a point for years/salary portion (which I understand), but how do you know the average amount in the profit sharing pool and the amount of point?. Can someone provide their number of years at Raymond James, base salary, and last profit sharing amount they received? Thanks
I’m late but did you get the role I think I know which team that was for…
