If I am planning on applying sponsored, does it make sense to say that my long term goal is to start a company that addresses xyz market needs? Or does it need to be based on growth in my sponsoring firm (like becoming partner, etc)?

I am trying to get into PWC. here are a few things I have heard so far. Is this fairly accurate?

1. PwC AC is offshore counterpart of PwC US. Good salary. No travel opportunities. Average yearly hike ~10% Mostly technical work.
2 PwC India is a pure consulting firm. Salary better than PwC AC. client facing work. Can grow as a management consultant. Great Travel opportunities.
