I'm an accounts receivable expert with 8+ yrs of experience. I started with 96k per annum in 2014, and have worked with 4 different MNCs since then. Currently I'm getting approx 9Lpa, and it feels like I'm pretty much stuck here. Switching jobs increases the pay scale, while staying for a while reflects stability.

When I look at the other member's comments here, it seems majority of folks are earning 20-30Lpa or even more.

Any suggestions from mature audience to achieve a big pay raise.

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.

How does one tell their boss (owner of the company) that you are burnt out? I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read? I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed?
