Thinking of leaving KPMG for RSM (UK).
External IT Audit primarily at KPMG primarily public sector. It's pretty miserable and it feels like it's going to get worse. I can jump a whole year of progression at RSM and move from audit to consulting. Is this a good change? I'd effectively be getting a year early promotion at RSM compared to KPMG. Just about to start my 3rd year at KPMG.

When I spoke with HR she said that their was some confusion and with name and they have send wrong offer letter but except my CTC and joining date everything was same my email id, my home address everything. I’ve been bait & switched into a horrible role, overworked to the point of having medical problems, and no amount of diplomatic talks with my manager has improved the day to day. My mental health and my personal relationships have been on a steady decline.
