Thinking of sending gifts to loyal customers who are mainly other SaaS companies. Is sending something like whisky, wine, food, or a notebook worth it? I would love to hear your thoughts. If you ever got that kind of gift from a company, how did you feel? Appreciate any help.

I would stay away from alcohol. As someone that has a family of recovering alcoholics, you just never know if that person is struggling with addiction. Gift baskets probably would be the way to go.

Gift baskets are the way to go. More room for variety, like flowers, chocolates, or biscuits. We receive a few of them every year and they're simple but thoughtful.

I would pick a small select group, use a local Etsy maker, personalize it and send something functional. We have been buying Yeti tumblers and getting local artists to personalize them with names and some art. It's been fantastic.

Great idea and customers really appreciate such a gesture. We sent custom socks to our customers and it was much appreciated. In fact, it helped us get many new customer references.

Hey guys, I have a Google spreadsheet where each cell has multiple links separated by semi-colons.

How would you get the links to show up in different rows WITHIN a cell? (Pictured is what I want to achieve).

Thank you so much🙏
