Cut down on screen time and clear your head by taking a walk outside or going to the gym. I’m personally not a runner but I hear running helps with clearing a busy mind and helping feel refreshed.
Make a list of everything you need to do and assign a category/priority to them (e.g. need to ASAP, should do soon, can wait). Tackle the urgent stuff first and move down the list as time allows. This will help declutter your head and help you feel productive as you cross more and more items off the list.
This is advice I need to adhere to myself. Good luck to the both of us 👍🏼
Making lists is my jam. Gets rid of the background noise and puts your thoughts in an order, tangible format.
I deleted Instagram a few months ago and I can’t believe how much better I’ve been feeling since. I used to feel exactly like this. I’d ditch social media at least for a bit
