Hang in there. They work us like dogs but ready to let us go or whatever in an instant.
I strongly believe if u have a problem with someone you have to go to them first and give them opportunity to fix it and if not then that's your bad. If it doesn't work and you tried many times then maybe go to HR.
As grown adults we should be able to talk out issues with each other (except for certain situations) before going to HR. It's a sad state of affairs when we cannot.

Somehow, the team has forgotten how to talk to each other. Instead, people started complaining to HR for every little thing.
I agree, but I’m not talking for anyone. People can be so entitled and sensitive
I’m sorry to hear OP. Don’t trust anyone at the firm. Gossiping like high school is EY culture. Maybe go out, find friends who can’t damage you and your career.
Find a friend in firm you trust and know the firm. Ask ques in terms of job roles and expectations, and tell them you are really discouraged and seeking empathy and objective POV
EY1 - I thought I had two of those people, but they are who called HR. I tried to talk to them both multiple times during busy season. I’m too emotional. Like I said, I’m broken
