This time of year I make my own Bourbon Cream. I follow this recipe but swap out Four Roses. It’s a great dessert after a meal. HOMEMADE BAILEYS IRISH CREAM (COPYCAT)

INGREDIENTS
1 cup (235 ml) heavy cream
1 14-ounce can (395 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract or almond
- 1 2/3 cup (400 ml) Irish whiskey
The recipe says to blend everything but the whisky
