Hello All, I have been selected in the interview at NTT DATA and also submitted documents as requested by Recruiting HR. However , it's been a 10 days after docs submission but haven't received any call from HR for salary negotiation. On email follow up with HR, he said he is on it and will come back to me soon for further process. Any views.NTT DATA

i will pass on celebrating parasites, thanks
Do we celebrate the ones who don't do their jobs and just fire out emails with no regard?
Or celebrate the recruiters who spam the crap out of everyone on LinkedIn and then find a hiring manager’s work email and spam the crap out of them?
What would you say is the worst part of your job? I do empathize with recruiters because they’re constantly trying to get the team and hiring manager to move faster so they don’t lose a candidate. When that happens it sucks, as well as having to reject candidates. Even tedious things like scheduling interviews across time zones.
I think being an assertive job seeker made me appreciate a Recruiter’s day-to-day more.
Yeah! Transparency benefits everyone on both sides.
Though I can appreciate your sentiment, I am skeptical of showing love to recruiters. Why? As I approach my 8th month of searching, and after submitting 154 applications/resumes, and after being engaged by 78 recruiters, I have been completely ghosted by 69 of them. A simple email to say I wasn't the chosen candidate isn't too much to ask for, is it?
