This year, I switched from a small independent shop (which I loved) to an agency with WPP (to try something new).

The transition has been harder than I imagined. I'm starting the search for smaller shops again.

What spots are worth watching? I'm seeking a company where good work happens because there is a healthy culture and a clear vision.

So I was offered a role in Strategy Consulting in after 2 years in Risk Consulting however, after 2 years I’ve only worked on Internal audit engagements few ad hocs such as updating risk register and the delegation of authority matrix.
