I believe it's the base. How about rsu?
You have to remember that the way you make money at those types of companies is through stock. Base salary is generally higher at the firms, but google/fb/etc generally have way higher overall comp when you factor in RSUs, options, etc
You are lowballed. Had friend at Deloitte S&O (campus hire, C promote) who moved to data analyst role for 105k base plus signing plus RSUs. But she’s in SF
Your pay will always be prioritized after the engineers'. You could trying applying for a more important business function or just looking for a different job entirely, because I wouldn't count on the raises being any better
How lucrative are tech RSU programs compared to Accenture’s ESPP program?
^apples and oranges
Google is your friend
RSU for this position should be 25% of your comp. Assume you’re also on the standard 15% bonus target (range is 8-35% in practice for lower levels)
Base is usually low RSU is important like EY1 said.
Following since I have a similar question regarding manager level
A2
Accenture espp or veip generates huge returns- if you have the cash to max it
RSUs are given to you at tech companies - you do not need to buy them
