I have been selected for senior engineer role at nagarro. I was hired for Full stack role (MEAN Stack). My joining is next month - Nov. I have no friends here and I don't know how is the culture and WLB at Nagarro. Please help me out. Also I have been reading many -ve comments regarding bench and firing. Is it true? I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.
