Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)
(sap domain)
How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)
Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!

most growth shops at the analyst even associate level are sourcing. Ive heard if you source a deal, you get to work on it at some places
Are you interviewing there? I think it’s a great place
Agree with CS1, 60% of my work involves sourcing, the rest is NDA’s, due diligence, and working on any deals that go through.
Yeah true! I joined straight out of undergrad. Mulling over the idea of moving to MBB in their PE deals team tbh, and then heading for an MBA and later join a VC or PE (if I feel like lol)
