What’re associates paid at t2 tech firms for s&o roles with 2-3 yoe? Companies such as doordash, attentive, LinkedIn, bird, Uber. Got an offer at a similar one for 120k plus 20-25 stock year year. Is that low?

Is it good to join TCS or should I wait for couple of more years, cause of there re-hire policy.

I have an offer from an Asset Manager in London and it is slightly below my expectations. I want to approach them for a joining bonus but was not sure if it is a thing in asset management.

Also what is a good % to ask for a joining bonus [5%, 10% or 15%] of the base salary

hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.
