What kind of thoughts are you looking for?
I left in January 2024. Gave notice in mid-December, exactly 1 month. If you’re happy with the offer, take it and don’t look back. I’ve been on the receiving end of other people leaving in January, so i didnt see a reason why I couldn’t do it too.
Shit for your team since they probably can’t replace you before busy szn work picks up. But no time is a good time to leave anyways.

Do it. To hell with the client
Do you love yourself or not. Do what’s best for you. People leave all the time and if a company wants to let you go, they don’t give notice.
