Which office
It’s a good office. The people are great, and strat definitely has a great leadership team.
But you will not have work life balance if you want to succeed. That’s just not how it works, there will be someone right behind you hungrier who will be rewarded for giving up their weekends and working late nights.
Yes that’s most of the industry but it’s the culture here. I personally like it as you have some of the best/ most passionate people but if you’re not willing to put in the time it will feel a little lonely.
So hiring isn't frozen 100%, good to know.
In all fairness it was a very high level convo!
I’ve heard good things in terms of work. Historically, they had a reputation as a sweatshop, but that might have changed
