Hello fishes
Being Scrum Master what are the requirements from Capgemini or Clients to put me to Onsite role? (Either it may be Certifications, Qualifications, External factors or any challenges anybody faced surprisingly)
Please help me here to understand, as there's discussions going on and I don't want to let go this opportunity!Capgemini

It's worth considering ZS too for value & access. We have a strong practice.
Biased, but ZS’ value & access is by far not as strong as IQVIA’s or SKP. ZS is pretty small and green in value & acces compared to the other two. It’s the bread and butter for IQVIA and SKP.
SKP is widely known as wonderful for pricing. IQVIA more like a sweatshop from what I’ve heard.
Yep, can confirm I’ve worked on both pharma P&MA projects as well as projects for PDTs, healthcare analytics software etc. You do have the option now I think to specialize when you join into one or the other.
SKP uniformly has a strong reputation. IQVIA has more a “hit or miss” reputation depending on the team / principal (lots of B teams). That said, IQVIA Likely has more projects that overlap with commercial strategy / core market research
What’s the exact name of the group at IQVIA? There is a group called Market Access Strategy Consulting under the Commercial Services BU. This is the former Amundsen Group which is different from the former Cambridge Pharma. If you are hired into MASC, you will only do market access work. If you are hired into PMA in Consulting Services (former Cambridge Pharma), then what I1 says about IQVIA giving you a chance to do non pricing market access work is true.
I think there’s a chance that MASC and PMA might be combined into one offering/group as a result of Leap? I personally like the generalist model
They won’t be combined under leap. They remain separate groups. Agreed that C2’s consideration is important. I assume they also have different comp and different industry perceptions.
