Tata Consultancy I am a manager in Capgemini... have an offer frm TCS. the designation being offered is Assistant Consultant.. 9.8 years experience( 5 yrs with Cap) Even though I am getting a package of 25Lakhs.. it seems like a demotion in designation.. Cg has offered to match upto 23.5 lakhs.. Is it worth moving to TCS on this grade? My primary reason for moving out of Cg is i m bored of beauocracy and WLB at current project. That sounds unhealthy even if they’re able to manage it. Or they’re just doing a bad job and their companies don’t care
Two jobs is not 4 lol
I feel like the over-employed people’s strategy is to just get as much money as possible in 1-2 years with doing as little work as possible
As long as you collect the $$$ who cares
Fake or the work is literally life
Do employers even allow this? Or just dont tell the other employers?
Like with working in core services (e.g., IT, KM, etc) vs. consulting in front of clients or doing sales (front office)
My J1 brings me only ~650k. May need to look for more jobs

I’d rather have a million plus in the bank in 2 years than in 5-6 years. Working 80+ hours anyways without any semblance of WLB so might as well cash in.
