Thoughts on We Are Social agency? How’s the work culture in LA?

Hello guys. I had a phone screening for a clinical laboratory position in Seattle. I’m currently living in Atlanta. Can you guys tell me your thoughts about living there (specifically being a black female, childless)? The culture? Cost of living? Pros and cons? Also I would like some opinions on the salary. The recruiter said the pay would be 82K with a 10K sign on bonus? Is this enough? Thank you in advance 😊😊😊

I am a Product Owner with 4+ YOE. I have been in my current role for 4 months and have continuously found that this role and company are not the right fit for me. Looking back on everything they said during the interview process it turns out that the culture, product and role are not aligning with anything we discussed. They have added on responsibilities and I have continuously expressed to my direct manager how I feel.

About to turn down a job offer that would nearly double my salary after speaking to several former associates of the firm and hearing some not so great things. The word “sweatshop” was used multiple times yet I am still having a hard time wrapping my head around it. This is truly “you can’t pay me enough to be part of that” in action.
