Friends, Need help.
I've got through the Technical Round of TCS. Before the HR Round, they are verifying my experiences. While doing that, they came to know that I joined and opted out of TechM in February 2022- in less than 8 days. Now, TCS is demanding for the relieving letter from TechM while TechM is asking for the recovery amount of 15k. I'm currently unemployed and not sure what I should do. I'm looking forward to work for TCS. Can I get rid of the recovery and get the relieving letter?

Next week I am joining the CPG unit of TCS. I will be working from a different location, but project based out of Hyderabad. How's the work life balance in this unit? Also, what about the push for work from office etc. Please let me know...
