Have you negotiated already? If your offer is not fully negotiated I would ask to see if they can competitive beat the market rate for your role and area of living. Typically there's not a lot of wiggle room with timing but I would let them know you're waiting other offer and let other places you're interviewing for know you have an offer in your hand as well and they may accelerate their decision to accommodate you.
Sorry I have no insight into the company but hopefully you can buy more time or at least get a better offer financially from it.

The kind of work you do at merkle will be significantly less interesting than a traditional agency, however, they probably have a better work/life balance because they’re more corporate. It’s a trade off.
