Similar sq footage and bed bath have sold with a range of 75k…. I.e lowest sale in last 8 months 300k , biggest 375k. Property in top notch condition , FULLY upgraded , high demand low inventory area, no RR.

5 years post-MBA and all my classmates are VPs in industry or Principals in consulting/IB (some are even Partners/MDs already). I sat in the same classes with these folks for 2 years — probably outperformed some of them academically. I’ll never have that kind of earning potential because I didn’t come from the “right background” pre-MBA.

Also, that it is recommended to have at least one US stock, international stock , and bond. I am 24yo so ideally, I’d want to allocate 90%-100% to stocks and 0%-10% to the bond.
