1) Make one really famous or awarded piece of work (or have made the banners for it, so you can claim the whole thing in your book) .
2) get new job as CD due to said work.
3) do industry press about new job and your key perspectives on creativity. Get on awards panels.
4) get new job as GCD/ ECD before current job realizes you’re a hack.
5) do industry press about the bravery of creativity and your plans for leadership. Get on awards panels.
6) claim all work at your agency that is any good, and get new job as CCO before current job realizes you’re all talk.
7) do press about reinventing the entire industry. Lead awards panels.
8) get fired for sexual harassment or saying something dumb to a client.
9) become persona non grata in the industry, never work full time agency side again. Get paid top dollar as a ghost writer on new biz pitches for a couple years before its lights out.
10) Go client side at a right wing coffee company or some such. Winge on LinkedIn about the good old days.
